Text of Complaint by Mahesh Reddt:

I ordered earpods in amazon on 22 feb 2020 and received the package on 24 feb 2020 the package was perfectly sealed but charging case and earpods are missing from the box. I sent the amazon team a proof of weight that the freight weight is 0.12 kg and the package including all the items I have received which matched the freight weight. I have been trying to reach them constantly but the answer was same that the fault is from my side and the product is amazon fulfilled. I asked for the proof which they failed to show and even blocked my account for continuous questioning about the same product

  1. Sir mene boat ki watch mngwayi thi, usme charging problem thi to mene wo refund kr di, me whi refund ki thi jo mere pass pahuchi thi,. Or delivery boy ne bhi whi aage pahuchayi hai jo mene unko di thi ye delivery boy ka khna hai, ab aage agant bol rha hai ki ye na to refund hogi or na hi return hogi, bcz aapne glt itm pahuchaya hai,. Ab kya kru me. Mujhe to mere pese chhiye ya wo watch waps chhiye
