I did not receive my refund amount of rs. 3701.08 for the product I cancelled a month ago on jun17. I am calling their customer care number everyday, they are informing me that the refund has been initiated from their side and I have to enquire with the bank. But when I contacted the bank, they told me that there are no more pending transactions from their end. I am stuck here between the app and bank. Please help me get my refund soon and do the needful. I will be thankful for your kindnes.
