Hi, I have purchased a redmi laptop from Xiaomi website using zest money as they had an offer during festive season. From 5th January I’m eligible to claim my offer cashback and it should be rightfully credited to my bank account after 5th January 2023 but zestmoney has been delaying this process and I feel like being cheated by them as I signed up to this app only for this offer cashback. I called to the customer care more than 15 times and even mailed my problem but they didn’t solve this issue. Requesting team to immediately look into this matter as they are cheating many customers like this and people are losing their hard earned money in this scam.
