I ordered jug in 5 quantities, returned all 5 and got the refund of only 1. The customer care says that I had placed return request only for 1 product and I should have informed this within 48 hrs. This time limit is not shown anywhere in their policy. Additionally why did their courier person pick up 5 quantity if I had placed return request of 1 as they say it. Very easily they say that “the remaining 4 must be with their courier partner”. There is no news about where my products are nor any intent to check on it.
