On 23 July, 2022 I had ordered 12 grocery items and paid the amount of rupees 798 using phonepe. The delivery date was 25 July, 2022. The delivery boy told that he was ill for which he couldn’t deliver those products so I told him to deliver those on 26 July, 2022. He called me that day but I was not in home so I told him to deliver that on next day, but from then there was no calls from his side and surprisingly the status was showing “delivered”. I had called in customer service center many times but they are not solving my problem. I want them to return my money.
