I didn’t receive any refund till now aug22 2023.I was ordered a product on aug 15..with UPI payment..On next day aug.16 the order status become refund completed…I am not cancel my order .The merchet write a description note my fund will return to my UPI ac.on aug21 .with a wrong reference no..till now I reached coustomer service ,UPI service,bank service.filpkart coustomer service surely confirmed me that seller updated my amount refunded…But even though I check my bank balance and UPI transaction.i never received..The seller given UPI reference no is wrong…when will I receive my cash back.
