I have taken jio fiber trial pack in month of February and paid 1500 rupees at that time it was told by the jio fiber sales man that if cancel this connection in 28 days I’ll get my 1500 cash back and I had cancel it in time duration according to the company’s policy but I didn’t got my 1000 rupees back I only got my 500 rupees I had called many to customer care of jio fiber but every they say sir you will get it back in 14 working but now it has been more than 2 months am totally harsed but the services of the company and now am expecting that consumer court will help me providing the details
