Text of Complaint by Surbhi Jain:

I have order a Forever New Green dress from NykaaFashion with Order Id NYK-12126903-2853850.
The product is combination of a dress and a belt but belt is missing in the package. While ordering it was mentioned that there will be two pieces one dress and one belt. I have attached the screenshot for reference.
I tried to replace it but size is not available for replacement.
I have called customer care the next day the dress was delivered as I was waiting for size to get available for replacement but it’s still not available They asked me to mail the team with invoice and dress image. I have mailed the team but they said as per the internal enquiry belt was also dispatched. Then I have to raise a return request but they rejected that also and on following up with them they are only saying as concern os denied we can’t replace or refund the amount. They have wasted my money and time for their incompetency to handle the products. It could be misplaced by their logistics team or on their warehouse but they are fooling and taking customers money. This company is a fraud. I could easily give any fake reason for return like quality or size issue but I have mentioned each detail correctly. I want my 3956/- refund from this fraudulent company.
