Text of Complaint by Sidhanta Kumar Dash:

Hi,
I booked a car from zoomcar for the duration 10:30pm of march 4 th to 3pm of 5th march. I have made the payment online. But didn’t receive the car which was supposed to be delivered. I got a call to upload the DL again which I did immediately. Since then I am just calling the customer care. But no one is answering the call and also on the app iys showing as the trip is going on where as I didn’t receive the car only.
