I recharged my Airtel fiber of plan 589 on June 22, but on 28th June the recharge was auto reversed somehow by Airtel and they said the amount would be refunded to you. I was supposed to get the refund from Airtel in Amazon pay balance on 28th June 2023, but still didn’t get it. I called Airtel customer support and they’re saying that they have already refunded the amount, but Amazon customer support says that they have not received any amount in any form from Airtel. I’m talking to both the companies customer support for 7-8 days but all they do is fake assurances. Both the companies have given up on their sides and now I don’t understand what to do. I literally feel harassed, exploited and got frauded. Please help!
