Out of them, I didn’t receive the second order instead I just got an empty box and for it, I had placed a complaint to get the refund back and I even got a call stating that I’d have to wait for 5-6 days to get the refund but today I received a notification where it was written that the refund request is closed.
For the record, I’ve paid the entire amount and I want a refund of Rs 434 for the second product. I cannot just keep complaining about the same thing to you, again and again, every day.
After complaining repeatedly about the poor service you are offering i.e., it has been 2 weeks now and there’s literally no response from the contact numbers provided by your side and the complaint emails sent from my side. What kind of a pathetic business service is this?
