Myself kailashchandra satveersingh.
I purchased a product from official site of fire boltt.the product is fire boltt King BSW159 gold which amount is 3499/-.i purchased the product 3 month ago but it will get same problem twice.
First time when i called for refund then they said that the refund policy is only for 7 days of product purchase now you will get the replacement product. I agreed and request for replacement but i got back the product after 15 days.After that again i face the same problem after 4 days.again i raised the complaint for replacement.but till now i didn’t get my product bck to me.
I called a lot of time but every time i get only one answer that ” we highlated your complaint you will get the product within 5-7 days.
But still i never get my product to me.
