I have ordered a sofa from Flipkart dated 20th july costing Rs 12200/- This was supposed to be delivered on 26th july. This has not been delivered yet and there is no information from Flipkart on where the product is? The customer care have no answer. I have been following up since last 30 days. They always says to wait for 48hours and there is no option of cancelling it also.
