I am using Airtel postpaid number 8299855021 I have taken 90 Gb plan per month the Airtel executive said that if I didn’t use 90gb data in a month then the rest data will be carry forward… But it doesn’t happen first of all I never use 90gb data in a month n also didn’t get the carry forward data my whole work is online that’s why I used postpaid I called customer care people they even didnt understand my issue she forward my call to her supervisor even she get failed to resolve the issue… From today morning my data has been stopped I called customer care he told he raised a complain bt after 16hrs I can use my data… This is seriously unbelievable.. They people challenged the other network that their network is best.. Please don’t waste ur money on adds hire the quality people at least who can understand the customer issue I want my carry forward data as well as the fresh data of this month otherwise I will take a stick action on u guys.
