I booked a ticket from on 18th July from Patna to New Delhi from travel look website (REF090366257) within few minutes I got a call from customer care stating your ticket got cancelled due to operational reason , you will get refund within 7-10 working days . I haven’t got the refund till now , I have called them multiple times but they always say next 7-10 days you will get the refund
