On 9th of june, 2023, I tried to order amul buttermilk worth 750 rupees from official website of amul, the money got deducted but my order didn’t get placed, I called them and mailed them several times about the problem and requested to refund my money but didn’t get satisfactory response, it has been a month but didn’t get any solution
