I have ordered a Casio watch worth ₹6000, It’s was delivered 2 may, since it was small in size than shown in the image, I have returned it the next day on May 3 itself, the agent picked up the product on May 3 morning around 10 am, but as of till today around 10 days being moved on , didn’t get any status update it was still mentioning yet to be picked up and I have said the issue to the customer service 8 to 9 times , they saying that wait for 5 more day or 10 more days , I too being waiting and today also they are saying wait for 5 days, but still didn’t get any response and refund of my cash
I hope that the complaint will help me to get the refund.
