I booked my flight ticket through travolook.in and the amount deducted from my account and I received a mail that my booking is in waiting and will get confirmed in 30 minutes, if not then call on 0124-643-4800 then I doubted and checked the reviews for the site on google and I read each and every person has written it is a fraud site and then I got scared and immediately called on that number, a lady picked up and I told her that my ticket has not been confirmed yet then she asked me the reference number which was sent on my email then she said that your booking has been cancelled due to indigo operational issues. At that point I was sure that this is fraud then I told her that how can it be possible right now my brother booked the same flight from another site she said that we don’t know and we will refund you your money back. then I told her that I know there is no guarantee and you won’t even pick up my call from now then she said no you can call anytime we will initiate your refund within 72 hours and you will receive it within 10-15 days. And I never got my money back. They are not replying to mails. I am a student how hard it is for me to save money and spend it on my studies and future and these guys are fooling us around.
