I have booked a flight from patna to Delhi on 05th May 2023 through goibibo, the flight got cancelled by the airline and got a call that refund will be issued within 7 days but till now no refund, have called and mailed goibibo multiple times but in vain. I have also called airline and they said that some documentation is pending on goibibo. Lots of mental trauma due to this
