I have booked air tickets in 11th March 2022, from Kolkata(CCU) to Agartala(IXA) through TRAVOLOOK. After that they mailed me and also called me and told that the booking was canceled due to some technical issues and refund will come within 7-10 days. I booked second time and they also do same but still now I have not received any of my two refunds. It’s already more than 3 months today 14.06.2022 ( Mail screenshots are attached here)
