I had booked a flight ticket from their website but the booking was cancelled from their end, so they sent me an email stating that my amount will be refunded into my account. However it’s been more than 2 weeks and I still didn’t get my refund. I have emailed them multiple times and called the customer care. Every time I call they say that the amount will be refunded but sadly they don’t. It seems it’s a Fraud company and they are scamming people and stealing their money. They pretend to be an airline website for tickets booking and lure people into booking tickets and cancel the booking as soon as they get the money and never refunds it
