I returned my defective Smartwatch( Fireboltt Phoenix , gray colour ) on warranty claim to Fireboltt. I tried to contact their customer care for 20 days but they didn’t respond .They wait me around 2 months. After that they said that currently this smartwatch is out of stock . So they provide me a Discount coupon of 2029/- rupees by using which i can purchase another smartwatch. But the discount coupon they provide me is invalid.
