Hi All ,
I ordered a product on Flipkart application on 28 July which is combined status of exchange mobile option.
On 1st AUG i got a message that it will get delivered today but i immediately i called to delivery team and informed them that exchange mobile not available asked them to come next day.Delivery agent agreed for that.
Next day delivery agent didn’t come , i called customer care and i asked they asked to wait till next day but no one came next day.i called customer care again but they said to wait but at the evening i saw a message that they cancelled order.
I called to customer care and asked about the cancellation they said product not matching with pincode , it is out of delivery area , so they cancelled it , i ordered this product along with some other products but other products they delivered it perfectly but they played games on delivering this product saying some lies like they called me for delivery but reality is they haven’t called me on any of the numbers mentioned while for delivery.
After cancellation i called to customer care asked them what to do now without contacting me or asking me any details they simpley cancelled order and they asking to order again but i said if i get the product for same price like before i will order they said it is not possible then i asked for compensation which is having of difference amount so that i can buy for same price .
They said starting it is not possible and daily i called them and asking them to escalate to higher level team but they dragging it to day by day saying that i will get call from higher level team but no one calling me.Like that they dragged me 1 week and wasted my time.
Even still i am not getting any call from them.
Without my permission they cancelled order and they didn’t return full amount they laid 29 rupees for secure packing delivery and they haven’t delivered it and they haven’t returned amount also that 29 rupees.
Till now i did more than 12 Flipkart customer call
