Dear Sir/mam,
Please look into this I have ordered the product spending too much time on the Amazon application by searching for a required product. and after finding a good choice I ordered the same on 21/11/2023 and as per the commitment to the delivery of the product after 2 days that was on 24/11/2023. The order number is Order no. 40342238967943500/40393373045728335. But the product was not delivered stating that the client has not accepted the order. Which is wrong information updated in the remarks.
The delivery boy didn’t even visit my home nor did he call my number. So on that day, I was complaining about that agency.
Which was doing the wrong practice between the consumer and the retail store…
That agent has raised complaints against that agency and given assurance that the product will be delivered. However, that did not happen. Very bad expense during my entire life…
My bad I was buying the product after watching the advertisement India ki apni dukaan. It was not apni dusro ki dukan Jo control large hai local agency. As per his convenience, they do deliver and they don’t do the delivery & Amazon has accepted that…very horrible.
On 24/11/2023 I was against calling toll free number at Amazon and against explaining the entire issue the executive was again doing the same process and assurance that the product would be delivered on 25/11/2023 I agreed with the same but today also not receive the ordered product it was very pathetic service received.
Tonight I tried to connect with the executive but they are after listening to my challenge hung up the phone.. Which is very sad.
I want justice in this and also compensation for one lakh by wrestling my time and my family’s time as well..as per the delivery schedule we are not going anywhere…just we are waiting….
I m request you to please help me with the same on a priority basis….
