Booking ID – NH2402154158492 FOR STAY IN RESORT IN GOA FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2020. DUE TO LOCKDOWN WAS NOT ABLE TO GO THERE. MAKE MY TRIP NOT WILLING TO CANCEL THE BOOKING . THEY GAVE MY INVOICE AS I STAYED THERE. HOTEL WAS NOT OPEN . I AM READY TO PUT LEGAL CASE AS I AM 100% SURE THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO WIN THE CASE. PROPER MAILS WITH NO REPLIES ARE THERE
