I(Mob-8291106857/8879586857)had booked a ticket on varafi.com on 16th December 2023 for Mumbai to Bhubaneswar (Booking ID: VID7770846649). First it showed that ticket is available on their site and after made the payment i got an notification to wait for 30 mins. for the booking confirmation and then after got an email that my booking is aborted. Then i talked with their customer care and they told me that i would get my money back within 24 hours. But it’s been more than 3 months and still i have been calling them for the same. They don’t connect me with their higher authority person. Every time i spent 30 mins to connect a call to know the status about my payment. It’s frustrating now. I have a request to you please raise a complaint against them and help me in refunding my money back with interest. And another thing they did not call or message from their side. I used o call them every time. It’s a serious issue.
