Dear Sir,

I ordered for purchasing Mobile phone Note 7 Pro (Astro Moonlight White,64 GB)(6GB RAM)x 1 for Rs. 2999/- vide  ORDER PDS10593 dated June 5june, 2020, and the price has been paid online and the same has been credited to someone named Mr. Ankit Jain . After that response from phonedeals.co.in regarding shipment of ordered item in spite of repeated request through e-mail. I feel something wrong and has become victim of online fraud in the name of online shopping.

Kindly arrange for a suitable remedy in the matter.
