I booked my ticket on the 10 th of June 2021, the booking was cancelled immediately, followed which, was a call from travolook stating the flight has been cancelled and the refund is initiated. And it should be credited in 7-15 working days, it’s been over a month and the refund has still not come back, I would like to take this complaint further to court. Given the pandemic situation, the travel company has been scamming multiple people of their money.
Please help resolve this.
