I haven’t received a refund neither an email stating that a refund will be initiated.my Tikona services were not activated. I am asking for my money but no one seems to bother. The only option left for me is to go to the technicians place beat him up and take my money from him
I have been constantly trying to call Tikona but once the call is connected after 1-2 hrs of wait the executive disconnect the call as soon as they hear refund. I think TIKONA is a big cheat. Refund my money and don’t ask me to send emails. I have already sent 50 emails for the same concern
