Text of Complaint by Merin Kuriakose:

I have ordered a kurthi from Zuhriya on November 27th, 2022. I have paid an amount of 1880. The time the owner told me is 40 to 45 days for the dispatch and till then I tried to call and message them they are not attending or replying for the message.. One day i called her several times and that night she convinced me she will deliver it in 3 days but later then again i haven’t received the product, nor able to connect or get a reply
