I have ordered a product last week which is supposed to arrive on Saturday 19th November 2022 .

Order ID – OD126522427073148000
BenQ 27 inch Full HD LED Monitor

Called customer care when no update shown on application saying out for delivery, the representative said it will be delivered and nothing to get worried about.

And then it changed to Monday 21 on application, today also nothing is happening.I called the customer care . Kajal Kumari – your representative said the same story which was told to me on Saturday.

After lots of argument, call got escalated to another person and she also said the same story – Akshitha or some name.

Then I messaged Flipkart ceo Kalyan krishnamurthy and Binny bansal also. I got call from Flipkart saying he is from ceo escalation team and said that the order will be delivered 21 November. I have been following up like anything and no response from Flipkart at all. Literally tired . Please help to resolve this and deliver the product.
