I requested for exchange of my product so the incorrect product was taken back and they said that the exchanged product will be received by my after 10-12 days. On 5 th September I received a call from the delivery partner at 8pm and they spoke in an informal manner but also said that they have tried to reach for delivery on that day but could not deliver it so they will again try it the next day. From the very first day I did not receive any kind of text message from the delivery partner side that it is out for delivery or there is a delay. Till today I have no updates given by the delivery partner. I want my money back as my product is not being delivered to me. I have also contacted the help line number of Meesho tons of times and the only thing they could do was lodge a complaint mail and I received reply mail from Meesho that my product has been delivered. Please look into the matter as my product has not been delivered and my money has also gone in waste.
