After 2 years of being a Jiofiber customer, I called jiofiber for the deactivation of my account. Since I had to relocate to another city due to job change. I returned all equipment to Jiofiber engineer during his home visit to my place. He checked and confirmed that 100% refund will be credited to my account in 30 days. Then, I received an SMS from Jiofiber saying Rs 1500 (100% refund ) will be credited to my account. However, only 50% which is Rs 750 was credited by Jiofiber.
I contacted them multiple times to complain and they said the equipment I returned was in bad condition. I want to understand how an equipment which I was using for 2 years, suddenly turned into bad condition?
I checked with my other neighbours and they told me the same story that Jiofiber always says this and keeps 50% of security deposit.
I am looking for a resolution of this conflict.
