I purchased a laptop- dell Vostro 3401 from Croma Juhu Mumbai on 06.11.2020 using my HDFC debit card. I was told I would receive cashback within 90 days directly on my HDFC account. However till date, no cashback received, Also there is no response from Customer care service of Croma.It is apalling that so called reputed company like Croma resorted to such unprofessional and fraudulent meas to cheat and exploit consumers. requesting for immediate action and payment of my cashback.
