I have ordered samsung m31 s on sept 10 and delivered on 12 th sept… From 14 th sept touch is not working . From within sept to October 16 .. 4 times your technical team come and check that touch is not working.. but no one is take it back .. because of its imei number can’t be entered due to defective touch… They are not initiating refund process..
