Text of Complaint by Jayakanth:

I did not pay my landline bill for just one month but they have charged it for 2 months and the lady who spoke with me is speaking rubbish and she never gave respect , her way of speaking is totally bad and I am a Airtel customer for 6 years and because of it I have planned to switch to Vodafone and I am going to deactivate my service for now
