Text of Complaint by Rahil Syed:

I was on the way to the airport, purchased a policy and payment was deducted immediately but didn’t get the policy confirmation! I had to buy a new one to show at check in counter, later got the 1st failed policy after 1 hr and by that time I had 2 policies. Raised a cancelation and full refund request for the 1st policy on the same day of booking! No reply to actual complaint from them!
Keep saying no refund!
This is their error and I need a full refund for the 1st policy!
