I Purchased i mi tv (32inch) by exchanging my old tv for Rs. 4464 & paid cash Rs. 6920. I found lag in tv so contacted service centre as my product is under warranty period on april 2024, then i come to know that last 2 digit of serial no. is different in product & invoce so asked to solve this flipkart they did they said they will provide me full refund an dtake back the tv i was ok with that then they took the new tv on 28th april 2024, and initiated refund od Rs. 6820 (cash paid Less 100 for pickup charges )+ 4464 of exchange value but i got only Rs. 6820( Reference no. 412120205421) since then i’m complaining they alwys gives me a date and i still not got my refund . order id :
