I’ve ordered watch fireboltt phoenix and suddenly it started switching off even after full charging it was showing low battery so i applied for replacement as it was under warranty they did reverse pick up after 2 3 days they said that they are out of stock on that particular model after 3 days it was on sale on the site i sent them mail they were delaying it they said they will give me the coupon to make purchase from the site and it’s been a month i did that complaint on jan 7 and till now i didn’t got anything please help me with this thank you
