My name is Chandrakanta behera and i done an air ticket in Indigo air lines 6E-58 using travolook application site on 16th December 2021on the price of 8659 Indian rupees. My ticket reference number is REF885998129.After talking to travolook customer service person they ensure me that within 7 working day you have refund your amount but i am not refund my amount after 7 days working days and their service person repeatedly give me the same comments that in few days you refund your amount but still the amount is refunded till now.so please take appropriate action in consumer jurisdiction law and give me the justice so that i refund my amount.
