I wanted to go on a small trip at Alibaug and Lonavala for 3 days. So I entered my requirements on all famous travel & tour sites like MMT, YATRA, etc.
Then I got a call from Kavya Sharma who is in the sales department of Exploreindia (Sonipat, Haryana) on 14th December 2021. And she offered me the same package in 10K and mailed me the itinerary details.
The package price offered to me was very less(In my budget) compare to other travel packages. Before making the payment, I visited their website(www.exploreindia.co.in) which was looking OK to me and also I had a call with Miss Kavya Sharma regarding payment. And She was like “sir app mujhpe trust kerke payment ker dijiye hum fraud nhi hai”.
Then I made the payment of Rs.5000 on 15th December using GPay & she promised me to get the booking details in next day on 16th. On 16th I started asking for my booking details then she replied that she has informed in booking team & they will get back to me.
I also had call with their head Chandrabhan Sharma (from Booking team) on 16th Dec who also known as Arun. His word was like “5000 leke mai apna business itna bada nhi ker lunga isiliye trust kijiye hum apko service denge” and they will provide me all the booking details by 20th Dec.
On 17th Dec, I got the confirmation mail from Chandrabhan Sharma (from Booking team) of Advance Payment Rs. 5000/- done by me with a receipt which does not have the GST No. on it.
I waited till 20th Dec and I started mailing & calling them regarding my booking details but they did not respond properly. Now Kavya Sharma from sales team stopped answering my messages on whatsapp & call.
On 21st I called Chandrabhan Sharma for getting my booking details and he was like sir you have to pay rest Rs. 5000 and then I will get the booking details. And this was not communicated earlier neither by Kavya nor by Chandrabhan.
I called the hotels which Kavya mentioned on itinerary and both the hotels denied any booking on my name or on exploreindia for that particular date (25th ,26th & 27th Dec).
Hence I decided to cancel my trip with exploreindia and I dropped a cancellation mail to booking team on 21st of Dec and I communicated same on call to Chandrbhan & asked him to revert on mail to initiate the refund process.
And they had mentioned their cancellation and Refund policy on the itinerary and according to that I had cancel my trip before 3 days of departure & I should get full refund as mentioned by them. In one of call Chandrbhan told me to clear the refund process in 7 days but till now I did not get any mail of refund or refund in my account.

Same happened with me. I lost ~34k to the same people. Their bank accounts are also empty. Hope you have raised FIR from your near estate cybercrime office. I’m confident that sooner or later they’ll pay a huge price for their wrong doings.
Same happened to me too I have lost 48K and they have sent email that they will refund.Its been 3 months still no refund has been made. If you know any details about them pls share it here so that it will be useful for all thanks.
same thing happened with me. I deposited 10,000 in their Equitas Bank Account. They have neither provided the booking details nor refunded the amount
