Text of Complaint by Nihar Ranjan Arisal:

I booked a ticket from BBSR to Mumbai on 9th Feb 2022. And after successfully payment they cancelled my ticket saying operational issue. and said you will get refund within 10 days.

But 20 days gone still I did not get any refund.
