In 3rd Feb 2020 i have ordered 3 items.
- 2 Wonderchef AC220V-50Hz 910-Watt Belgian Waffle Maker
- 1 FROTH & FLAVOR Steel Double Deep Fryer 8+8 Ltrs Silver
i have placed for return of 1 wonderchef – Belgian waffle maker and froth & flavor steel double deep fryer. Both items were taken back. i got refund for wonderchef – Belgian waffle maker. But for froth & flavor steel double deep fryer, i did not got the refund. In October 2020 i came to know that i didn’t get refund when i was checking the bank statement for filing IT returns. I also checked the refund status also in my amazon business account, its showing Feb 11 return processing till today. From October i am chatting to the customer service. They always tell me to wait for another ” 5 working days” or another “7 working days” like that. Till today (23rd April 2021) i haven’t got any solution. I don’t know how to take this further. I don’t know how to take this to consumer court.
