its been 90 to 95 days and i did not get my new connection. every time i called on customer care they said give us 2 days, give us 5 days, your case is upgraded to our product team and your case is considered as an emergency case but nothing happened till now. no one has visited the house and no calls have been made to me. now i am tired of calling them. they have taken money since 3 months and i have not receive any update till yet. is this kind of service they offer to their customers? please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
