Zest money app has agreed to process my bill in EMI without any charges but while paying each month EMI they charge some interest which they will return in fews days but I have not received my last 3 months cash back amount. Even they are not allowing to screenshot or download any documents documents regarding to the loan and interest cashback option but still applications shows that interest cashback amount which is not credited to our account. Please take a step, thousands of people suffering for this.
