I booked a ticket from delhi to Bangalore on the website”TRAVOLOOK” WITH REF NO -REF60942420 its been so long time that i have not got my refund till now..i have called thei customer care support team a 100 of times but everytime they say it will be initiated but till now i have not received anything.. i have even mailed the nodal officer even they say that it will be initiated but till now i did not recieve my refund… The company says that their policy is to return the money within 10 to 15 working days.. but till now i did not recieve anything..there by i request you to please help me out to get my refund initiated.
