I ordered a lehenga from a page on Instagram. After the delivery, the lehenga was not at all as shown in the photo, the lehenga was of very poor quality. So I asked them to return it, and they said that they should give me an address and send it to me by courier to this address. If I send the lehenga by courier, they will refund me, as they said, I send the lehenga to their address by courier.The refund was supposed to be made after it was delivered to them. But then they said that they have to give me four to five days and then they will make the referral but since then it has been almost two months till now they still haven’t refunded me or sent me another lehenga. And they are not responding properly and not answering any question
