I have ordered (order #OD12946 , From Family mart , MH enterprises) through Instagram ads. It was Foldable multi pocket water proof bag (Buy 1 get 1 free) @ Rs 1199/- with COD. But when the parcel was delivered to me it has only one bag. But in the parcel package It was written quantity – 2. I ordered on 14th Dec 2023 and the same day i received a call from them asking me to confirm my order. I received my parcel on 18th Dec 2023. I tried contacting on that number but no response was there.I want to return it and get my money back
