I have purchased jio fibre connection but stopped it within 30 days and returned all the device as it is. They told to refund my payment within 14 working day, i got only Rs 500 there is still Rs 1000 i will get which they didn’t gave me.
I have mailed them with all the details 7 or 8 times. I am waiting for my refund from last 1 month. I have mailed my details several times, talked to customer care many times, visited your fibre office 4-5 times but no use. Everytime they say they will refund the amount in 14 working days.
