hello sir/mam,
i have order a xp pen star on amazone worth 4299 on 1 September
i got this product on 5 September but when i use this product i have request to exchangethen amazon picup my product and after pickup they send me a new product but i got deliver date sooo let so i cancel the product and want my money back
but after 2month i have complaint every where such as
– amzon customer care 15th times approx
– ofm@amazon.in 5 times approx
– twitter Handel 10 time approx
-twitter-support@amazon.in
but no one help me
amazon customer care tell me your concern solve by our social media team but social media team did not reply
so what i do sir i have request to amazon please give me my money
